The 25 year old English footballer who joined Spurs in 2015 last summer from Burnley has become quite a renowned member of the squad of Mauricio Pochettino.
He has made close to 6 appearances in the League in his 1st season though he played regularly in the Europa League Campaign for Tottenham. He has indeed provided high competition as far the England international Kyle Walker is concerned. Walker is all set to begin performing at Euro 2016 and Trippier seems to be the happiest for the former defender for Sheffield United.
Trippier recently stated that it was not easy to compete with Kyle, who has been such a strong and brilliant player. Although they are good friends, they still want to play with one another. By doing so, it will only help them improve and turn out to be excellent players. Trippier is almost nearing his peak years and has to put in a lot of effort if he wants to displace Kyle Walker. All he has to do is continue to work harder in training more frequently than before.
Trippier has represented his country starting from Under 18 to Under 21 and has also featured in FIFA U-20 World Cup. He knows that Kyle is a deserving player as far as the England squad is concerned. Walker has performed well and the fact that Trippier was out of the team for many seasons because of him have not changed anything between them. The 25 year old still admires and appreciates the hard work of Walker and gives him all the credit. He hopes that his friend will do a great job in this summer like always. Now with the arrival of Trippier, things will definitely take a positive shape for Walker to show his performance like never before. As per Trippier, it is mainly due to his arrival that things have improved for best for Kyle Walker.
